扩散峰度成像在腹部疾病中的研究进展
Research progress of diffusion kurtosis imaging in abdominal diseases
摘要
Abstract
Diffusion kurtosis imaging(DKI)is an extension of diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)and diffusion tensor imaging(DTI),which can be used to quantitatively evaluate the structural changes and functional metabolism from the micro level.Its application in abdominal organs is getting maturing,and has a certain value in the identification of benign and ma-lignant lesions,tumor classification,as well as the evaluation of the treatment effect.In this paper,we reviewed the develop-ment background,technical principles,the main technical parameters and DKI progress in the abdominal diagnosis and ther-apeutic effect evaluation.关键词
