调理气血法预防全髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果
Clinical efficacy of preventive therapy of regulating Qi and blood for deep vein thrombosis of lower extremities after total hip arthroplasty

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the preventive therapy of regulating Qi and blood for deep vein thrombosis (DVT) of lower extremities after total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods A total of 120 patients undergoing THA were divided into observation group and control group,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group was given the orally empirical recipe of regulating Qi and blood,and the control group was given oral rivaroxaban(10 mg/d) for thrombosis prevention.The activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT),the prothrombin time(PT) and the level of D-dimer(D-D) were compared between the two groups before,3 and 7 days after operation,and the incidence of DVT was observed by color Doppler ultrasonography of the lower extremity vessels on the 7th day after operation.Results Before and after treatment,there was no significant difference in the APTT or PT between the two groups(P>0.05), and the postoperative D-D level in the observation groups was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the postoperative APTT and PT increased in the two groups compared to the preoperative,while the postoperative D-D level increased first and then decreased in both groups(P<0.05);however,no interaction effects were observed in the APTT,PT or D-D level between group and time(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the postoperative incidence rate of DVT between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The empirical recipe of regulating Qi and blood has similar preventive effects on DVT after THA compared to rivaroxaban, and it is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
