大隐静脉高位结扎联合聚桂醇硬化剂治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床效果
Clinical effect of high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with polycinnamol sclerosing agent on lower extremities with varicosity
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with polycinnamol sclerosing agent on the lower extremities with varicosity.Methods Sixty cases of varicose great saphenous vein were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with high ligation of great saphenous vein combined with polycinnamol sclerosing agent,while the patients in the control group were treated with traditional high ligation and dissection of great saphenous vein.The operation-related indexes,postoperative complications,venous clinical severity score(VCSS) and postoperative recurrence were compared between the two groups.And the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score was used to observe pain state of patients in the two groups after 12,24,48 and 72 hours of operation.Results The observation group had less operation duration,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative hospital stay and hospitalization costs,lower incidence rate of overall postoperative complications,and less duration to ambulation after operation compared to the control group(P<0.05);at each postoperative time porint,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the VAS score changed with time in both groups(P<0.05),and there was an interaction effect between group and time(P<0.05);no significant differences were observed in the postoperative VCSS score or recurrence rate between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion High ligation of great saphenous vein combined with polycinnamol sclerosing agent has definite effects,faster recovery after operation,mild pain,and less adverse reactions in the treatment of lower extremities with varicosity.关键词
