隔离开关传动机构的误差分析与研究
Error Analysis for Transmission Mechanism of Disconnector

Abstract
The conventional transmission mechanism of disconnector is a cross four-bar linkage mechanism,and its hinge clearance reduces transmission precision of the mechanism.This work models the cross four-bar linkage mechanism based on the continuous contact model,and solves the error of passive crank rotation angle using MATLAB.Result shows that when the hinge clearance reaches 4 mm,the error value of the passive crank rotation angle is nearly 4°,resulting in 26.5 mm in position offset of the conducting arm.And the position offset increases approximately linearly with the hinge clearance.Further,a new bevel gear transmission mechanism is proposed,and Monte Carlo method is employed to analyze its transmission precision.Result indicates that the mean transmission angle error of the new mechanism is only 0.001°,and its transmission precision is raised by more than 99% compared with the conventional cross four-bar linkage mechanism,which is beneficial for disconnector opening and closing accurately.关键词
