Abstract
To optimize the high voltage circuit breaker transmission system and reduce stress and quality of transmission parts,based on Hypermesh software and Ls-Dyna transient dynamics simulation software,considering the clearance,bar flexible,contact collision and so on,meshing method and the quality control standards are proposed and the transient dynamic simulation model of a 550 kV circuit breaker transmission system simulation model is established,the closing and opening operation process are simulated.The simulation results show that the maximum stress of transmission occur in the opening moment of the opening process,the pin hole is the maximum stress position,the stress in the rest of the parts is small,which have optimization space.The simulation results are tested and verified,which indicates that the simulation results are consistent with the measurement results and the maximum relative error of simulation is 8.67%.The optimization method of transmission parts is proposed and verified by simulation,which indicates that the maximum stress of the long connecting rod down from 5.27×108Pa to 4.13×108Pa,the quality reduced from 11.73 kg to 4.43 kg.关键词
