摘要

Abstract

In order to satisfy the demand of the intelligent equipment for the construction of the smart power grids,and to improve the operating performance and running reliability of high-voltage circuit breakers,more and more attention about the motor operating mechanism applied of modem technology is obtained.In this paper,according to the control characteristics of the vacuum circuit breaker motor operating mechanism,an intelligent control method for the fuzzy immune PID speed of permanent magnet motor is proposed.In order to realize the intelligent control of operating mechanism,a digital servo motor control system based on DSP28335+FPGA+single chip microcomputer is developed.The different operating states of the circuit breaker are tested,including opening/closing operation,auto reclosing operation,stage speed control and speed tracking etc.The test results show:when the control system parameters are 10 kHz in PWM,the duty cycle is 80%,the mechanical parameters of the 126 kV vacuum circuit breaker contents:the closing time is 38 ms,the opening time is 21 ms,the average closing speed is 2.24 m/s,the average speed is 3.63 m/s.The requirements of the opening and closing time and speed can be satisfied.The control technology of the motor operating mechanism can effectively control the operation state of the high voltage vacuum circuit breaker.
