低温等离子消融治疗喉肿瘤效果及对免疫功能的影响

Abstract
Objective To investigate therapeutic effect of hypothermia plasma ablation in treatment of patients with laryngeal tumor and its effect on immune function. Methods A total of 86 patients with laryngeal tumor admitted during January 2015 and January 2016 were divided into observation group(n=43) and control group(n=43) accord-ing to surgical methods. Observation group was treated with hypothermia plasma ablation,while control group was given conventionally surgical treatment. In two groups, operative time, bleeding volume and hospitalization time were com-pared,and changes of immune globulin,C3and C4were observed. Results In observation group,values of operative, healing and hospitalization times and intraoperative bleeding volume were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in immune globulin,C3and C4before and after surgery in two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Hypothermia plasma ablation in treatment of patients with laryngeal tumor may achieve good effect without affecting immune function.关键词
