泼尼松联合多西紫杉醇治疗前列腺癌临床疗效观察
Clinical Effect of Prednisone Combined with Docetaxel in Treatment of Patients with Prostate Cancer

Abstract
Objective To observe clinical effect of Prednisone combined with Docetaxel in treatment of patients with advanced prostate cancer. Methods A total of 204 patients with advanced prostate cancer admitted during February 2010 and December 2015 were divided into observation group(n=102) and control group(n=102) according to treat-ment methods. Control group was treated with Docetaxel,while observed group was added with Prednisone on the basis of treatment for control group. In two groups,one course of treatment was 3 weeks,and all patients were followed up for 12 month after treatment for 3 courses. Clinical effect,level of prostate-specific antigen(PSA) and free prostate specific an-tigen (f-PSA),urination and pain response scores and incidence conditions of immune function and adverse reactions were compared,and life quality was evaluated in two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). After treatment,PSA and f-PSA levels and urination and pain response scores were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups, and the values in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05); physical condition, emotional condition, social/family and functional conditions in observation group were superior than those in control group(P<0.05). Incidence rate of ad-verse reactions in observed group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment,after treatment,percentages of CD3and CD4were significantly increased, while CD8 percentages were significantly lower in two groups,and the improved conditions in observation group were superior than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Prednisone combined with Docetaxel in treatment of patients with advanced prostate cancer had good effect and safety.关键词
