经鼻腔肠管胆汁回输对胆道术后炎性反应及肠道功能的影响
Effects of Bile Reinfusion by Nasojejunal Canal on Inflammatory Reaction and Intestinal Tract Function in Pa-tients after Biliary Tract Surgery

Abstract
Objective To investigate effects of bile reinfusion by nasojejunal canal on inflammatory reaction and intestinal tract function in patients after bile external drainage surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients after bile external drainage surgery admitted during January 2016 and May 2017 were divided into observation group (n=40) and control group (n=40) according to whether or not having bile reinfusion,Bile reinfusion by nasojejunal canal was performed af-ter being heated and purified in observation group, while physiological saline reinfusion by nasogastric canal was per-formed in control group. Conditions of inflammatory reaction and intestinal tract function recovery in perioperative period were compared,and incidence rates of complications.and adverse reactions were recorded in two groups. Results Com-pared with those in control group,in observation group,levels of C-reactive protein(CRP) and procalcitonin(PCT) at the postoperative 5thand 7thd were significantly lower(P<0.05);postoperative times of gas passage by anus and bowel sound were significantly shorter,while incidence rates of abdominal distension and diarrhea were significantly lower(P<0.05). Conclusion Bile reinfusion by nasojejunal canal in patients after bile external drainage surgery may improve postoperative inflammatory reaction and recovery of enterocinesia function.关键词
