维持性血液透析患者血清基质金属蛋白酶与颈动脉硬化及钙磷代谢相关性研究
Correlation Analysis between Serum Matrix Metalloproteinase with Carotid Atherosclerosis and Calcium Phos-phate Metabolism in Patients Undergoing Maintenance Hemodialysis

Abstract
Objective To investigate correlations between serum matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2), matrix metalloproteinases-9 (MMP-9) with tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) and carotid atherosclerosis and cal-cium phosphate metabolism in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis(MHD). Methods A total of 86 MHD pa-tients admitted during January 2010 and December 2016 were divided into group A (n=40) and group B (n=40) ac-cording to whether or not having carotid atherosclerosis, and other 40 healthy people tahing medical examination at the same period were selected as control group. Levels of MMP-2,MMP-9,TIMP-1,typeⅠcollagen N terminal and calci-um phosphate metabolism were observed,and correlations among the above indicators in MHD patients were analyzed in three groups. Results In group A and B, MMP-2, MMP-9 and intima mean thickness (IMT) levels were significantly higher than those in control group,and the levels in group A were significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05);TIMP-1 levels were significantly lower than that in control group,and the level in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05);levels of phosphorus3-(P3-),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),typeⅠcollagen N terminal and Ca× P were significantly higher than those in control group, and the levels in group A were significantly higher than those in group B(P<0.05);Ca2+levels were significantly lower than that in control group,and the level in group A was signifi-cantly lower than that in group B(P<0.05). MMP-2 and MMP-9 were positively correlated with IMT,Ca × P and typeⅠcollagen N terminal,and TIMP-1 was negatively correlated with IMT,P3-,Ca × P and typeⅠcollagen N terminal(P<0.05). Conclusion Close correlations have been detected between MMP-2,MMP-9 and TIMP-1 with IMT,P3-,Ca × P and typeⅠcollagen N terminal in patiens undergoing MHD,and therefore clinicians may judge the occurrence possibility of bad MHD cardiovascular events and degree of calcium phosphate metabolism disorders by monitoring the above levels.关键词
