摘要

Abstract

In this study,the dynamic parameters of a gearbox are separately obtained using the direct and static sub -structure methods to acquire the accurate dynamic response of a gear transmission system.Furthermore,the dynam-ic model on the gearbox(i.e., gear-shaft-bearing-box full-coupling dynamic model)is established through the general finite element method.The research subject chosen herein is a single-stage straight-tooth reducer.The differences in the dynamic characteristics of the system after the housing coupling obtained by the direct and static sub-structure methods are compared.The natural frequency, dynamic engaging force, and bearing reaction of the system before and after the housing coupling are then calculated.Moreover,the effect of the housing flexibility on the dynamic characteristic of the gear transmission system is analyzed.The results of this study show that the speed of the static sub-structure method is faster than that of the direct method when a multi-DOF system is calculated.In addition,the natural frequency of the system decreases because of the introduction of the coupled housing flexibil -ity.Under a full rotation speed,the effect of the gearbox flexibility on the bearing reaction is larger than that on the engaging force of the gear.
