摘要

Abstract

In order to evaluate the product quality and applied reliability of the X52 high frequency electric resistance welding(HFW) pipe, the fatigue properties of weld and pipe body in two surface states were studied by MTS Landmark 370 servo-hydraulic universal testing machine, and the influences of microstructure changes and surface states of weld on the fatigue properties were analyzed. The results showed that the X52 HFW pipes had good comprehensive mechanical properties, the strength and impact toughness of weld were similar to the pipe body, but the fatigue properties of weld were lower than pipe body, the surface quality had obvious effects on the fatigue properties; the surface inclusions and defects were the main reasons for enhancing fatigue crack growth and decreasing fatigue life, and improving weld performance and surface quality could significantly enhance the fatigue properties of HFW pipe.
