Evaluation and Analysis of Product Quality and Process Level of Welded Pipe Production Line

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of low pass rate of weld impact energy of spiral submerged arc welding pipe, the single value and average value of weld impact work of welded pipe were calculated by statistical analysis method. The process capability and process capability index were resorted to evaluate the product quality and process level, find out the possible problems and put forward reasonable opinions. The results showed that the process capability index of A and B factories were level 4, and the C factory was level 3. For the A and B factories, the production line process capacity was seriously insufficient, it could be solved by changing the design and adjusting the requirements on the basis of technical requirements. For the C factory, the production line process ability was insufficient, it should be adopted to improve the precision of equipment, process methods, operating technique level, technology management capacity and quality of raw materials to enhance process capability, strengthen inspection and usefull inspection when necessary to improve the level of product quality.关键词
