4株正十六烷降解菌的降解能力及代谢动力学特性
Degradation capabilities and metabolic kinetics characteristics of 4 strains of n-hexadecane degrading bacteria

Abstract
Four strains of high-efficiency n-hexadecane degrading bacteria with biosurfactant production were isolated from activated sludge in treatment of oilfield wastewater. Strain A14 and B45 were identified as Leclercia adecarboxylata,while strain C28 and A27 were identified as Enterobacter sp.. Under the conditions of NaCl mass concentration 15-25 g/L,pH 6.0-7.0,inoculation quantity 10%(φ),culture temperature 37 ℃,rotation speed 160 r/min,n-hexadecane volume fraction 0.30% and degradation time 16 d,the degradation rate by strain A14, B45,C28 and A27 was 93.7%,87.8%,73.3% and 65.7%,respectively. All the biosurfactants produced by the 4 strains were phospholipid surfactants. The growth of the strains followed the Logistic model,and the degradation of n-hexadecane followed the first order reaction kinetics model.The growth rate of strain C28 and A27 was faster than that of strain A14 and B45,however,the degradation rate by strain A14 and B45 was faster than that of strain C28 and A27.关键词
