一株反硝化聚磷菌筛选及其接种量对脱氮除磷效应的影响
Screening of one strain of denitrifying phosphorus accumulation bacteria (DPAB) and inhibitions effects of nitrogen-phosphorus removal

Abstract
In order to attribute to effective and low energy-consumption sewage treatment technology,we screened one strain of DPAB and determined the best inoculation ratio experiments.Using anaerobic sludge as the inoculated sludge,one strain,N-12,was obtained through a series of experiments,including phosphate uptake,nitrate reduction to gas,auxiliary dye granular straining and PHB.Besides,the strain was identified as Acinetobacter by 16S rDNA gene analysis.Then,draw the growth curve and set six different initial inoculation ratios as the measurement of microbial biomass,0%,1%,2%,5%,10% and 15%,respectively,aim to study the inhibitions effects of nitrogen-phosphorus removal.The results showed that the most efficient was the 2% system.Results of the correlation analysis,among the removal rates of phosphate and nitrate,OD600 and pH,showed that there was a significant positive correlation coefficient between phosphate removal rate and nitrate removal rate (Person correlation coefficient =0.826,P < 0.01),and they both had significant positive correlation with OD600 and pH.关键词
