献血后头部轻松者血液流变学及脑血流动力学的变化及意义
Blood rheology and cerebral hemodynamic change in people who feel relaxed in head after blood donation

Abstract
Objective To investigate the changes of blood rheology and cerebral hemodynamics before and after 400 mL blood donation in 45 years old blood donors and effect of these changes on cerebrovascular disease .Methods We detected and re-corded value changes of blood rheology and cerebral hemodynamics before and after 400 mL blood donation in 45 years old blood donors ,and calculated the incidence of cerebrovascular diseases in those patients after 5 years follow-up .Results (1) There were no significant differences in the changes of the plasma viscosity and erythrocyte deformation index in the blood rheology indexes , and the changes of the other 13 items were significantly different .(2) There were no significant changes in the peak value of blood flow velocity and the average value of blood flow in the middle cerebral artery ,vertebral artery and basilar artery in the cerebral he-modynamics index .(3) The incidence of cerebrovascular disease in those patients had no difference comparing to normal controls and blood donators who did not have a head relaxed feeling .Conclusion (1) Blood donation has direct effect on blood rheology of blood donors ,which reduces blood viscosity ,but had no obvious effect on cerebral hemodynamics .Therefore ,blood donation has little or no effect on overall brain blood flow velocity ,and does not have adverse effects .This indicates that the blood donation does not have direct effect on brain blood supply and therefore ,it may play a positive role in the prevention of cerebrovascular diseases through effects on blood rheology .(2) The head relaxed feeling of blood donators after blood donation may be related to blood rhe-ology changes ,but not to changes in cerebral hemodynamics .(3) There is no obvious correlation between the generation of the head relaxed feeling and the occurrence of cerebral vascular diseases .关键词
