中性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比值与急性脑梗死的相关性分析
Correlation of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio with the severity and prognosis in acute cerebral infarction patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation of neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio with the severity and prognosis in acute cerebral infarction patients .Methods We selected 168 cases with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to the department of neurology in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from July 1st 2015 to June 30th 2016 .National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) was adopted to assess the sick severity .Modified Rankin Scale (MRS) was conducted to evaluate the function outcome at 90 days .We recorded general data in detail .A hemogram from peripheral venous blood samples was taken at the time of admission ,the NLR was calculated as the ratio of neutrophils to lymphocytes .The levels of blood lipid ,fasting blood glucose (FBG) ,serum uric acid (UA) ,homocysteine (Hcy) ,C-reactive protein (CRP) ,total bilirubin (TBIL) and carotid artery ultrasonography were also detected .168 cases with healthy physical examination in the same period were selected as control group . Results The NLR was significantly higher among acute cerebral infarction group than control group (4.76 ± 1.02 vs 3.95 ± 1.08) ,NIHSS more than 7 points than NIHSS less than 7 points (4.85 ± 0.94 vs 3.87 ± 1.03) ,group with poor prognosis than group with good prognosis(4.68 ± 1.07 vs 3.78 ± 0.93);Unconditional Logistic regression analysis results showed that NLR , basic NIHSS score ,rehabilitation training ,hypertension history were the independent risk factors of cerebral infarction ( P <0.05) .Conclusion NLR was an independent risk factor to predict the short-term prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarc-tion .关键词
