复发性脑梗死相关危险因素分析
Analysis of relevant risk factors in recurrent cerebral infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relevant risk factors in recurrent cerebral infarction .Methods A total of 105 patients with recurrent cerebral infarction and 105 cases of first cerebral infarction cases were selected during June 2012 to December 2015 . In each case ,the sex ,age ,hypertension ,blood pressure controlling ,diabetes ,hyperlipidemia ,atrial fibrillation ,smoking ,high plasma homocysteine and family history were recorded .Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the independent risk factors of recurrent cerebral infarction .Results In recurrent cerebral infarction ,the hypertension ,poor controlled blood pressure ,diabetes and high plasma homocysteine were significantly different (P<0.05) .Conclusion The hypertension ,poor controlled blood pres-sure ,diabetes and high plasma homocysteine are the independent risk factors in patients with recurrent cerebral infarction .关键词
