摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the influence of Floium Ginkgo extract and Tertram Ethypyrazine sodium chloride in-jection on inflammatory factor ,oxidative stress response and cerebral blood perfusion in patients with acute cerebral infarction . Methods Totally 190 cases with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into the control group (n=95) and the observation group (n=95) .The control group was given routine treatment ,the observation group was given Floium Ginkgo extract and Tertram Ethypyrazine sodium chloride injection .The inflammatory factor level ,oxida-tive stress response and cerebral blood perfusion related indexes of the two groups were compared .Results After treatment , MMP-9 ,SOD ,CBF ,CBV of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group ;hs-CRP ,TNF-α, MDA ,MTT ,TTP were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion The application of Floium Ginkgo extract and Tertram Ethypyrazine sodium chloride injection can decrease inflammatory factor level ,improve oxidative stress response and cerebral blood perfusion condition in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction ,it is of higher clin-ic promotion value .
