高频重复经颅磁刺激辅助治疗脑卒中后抑郁症疗效观察
The curative effect of high-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation in post-stroke depression

Abstract
Objective To investigate the curative effect of high-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on pa-tients with depression after stroke(PSD) .Methods One hundred and fourteen patients with PSD were randomly divided into com-bined treatment group (n=38 ,treated with Fluoxetine and 10 Hz high-frequency rTMS treatment) ,antidepressant group (n=38 , treated with Fluoxetine) and control group (n=38 ,treated by sham stimulation) .Three groups were treated by five times per week for a total of 8 weeks treatment .The Hamilton rating scale for depression (HAMD) was used to evaluate the cognitive con-dition of three groups before treatment and at 4th and 8th week after treatment .Results The HAMD scores among three groups had no significant differencs before treatment ;the HAMD score of combined treatment group and antidepressant group were lower than that of control group ,especially in the combined treatment group at 4th and 8th week after treatment ;the descend range of HAMD score in the combined treatment group was larger than that in the antidepressant group at 4th week after treatment .Con-clusion High-frequency rTMS is a safe and effective treatment for PSD .关键词
