摘要

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the value of nuclear magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in the early diagnosis of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) .Methods From June 2013 to January 2017 ,43 children with HIE were enrolled in this study .Routine MRI and DWI were performed within 7 days after birth .At the same time ,43 cases of children with four lesions in the lesion examination were compared :bilateral basal ganglia with internal capsule hind limbs ,lateral ventricle white matter ,semi-oval center and cerebral cortex .Results MRI routine scan showed the number of lesions in each region :6 in bi-lateral basal ganglia with internal capsule hind legs ,10 in lateral ventricle around white matter ,2 in half oval center and 2 in cere-bral cortex .MRI routine and DWI sequence scan showed 15 ,14 ,4 and 5 ,respectively .The detection rate of MRI in conventional MRI group was significantly higher than that in conventional MRI group (P<0.05) .Conclusion DWI examination is more sensi-tive than conventional MRI in the early detection of brain injury in children with HIE ,which can reflect the hypoxic-ischemic brain injury earlier and make a good predictor of the prognosis of children .It has important clinical application value .
