11～13+6周系统超声检查在胎儿中枢神经系统畸形诊断中的价值
The value of first trimester screening with ultrasound in the detection of central nerve system malformation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of first trimester screening with ultrasound in the detection of central nerve sys-tem malformation .Methods 4211 pregnant women(4475 fetuses) undergoing first trimester screening with ultrasound from Oc-tober 2013 to July 2016 were enrolled in this study .The fetal head and hip length(CRL) ,neck transparent layer(NT) were meas-ured and the fetus was systematically screened .Results Among the 4475 fetuses ,a total of 44 cases of fetal central nervous sys-tem malformations were detected ,including 22 cases of deformities ,9 cases of anencephaly ,6 cases of full forebrain ,3 cases of brain enlargement ,2 cases of spina bifida ,2 cases of hydrocephalus .There were no significant abnormalities in the central nervous system in 11-13+6 weeks ,including 10 hydrocephalus ,6 cerebellar dysplasia ,4 spina bifida ,2 full forebrain ,2 corpus callosum dysplasia and 1 brain enlargement .Conclusion The first trimester screening fetal system is of great value in diagnosis of fetal cen-tral nervous system malformation .The positive cases are all severe malformation of central nervous system .The second trimester screening is still needed for effective supplementation .关键词
