康复期卒中患者健康行为与心理一致感的相关性研究
Study on the correlation between healthy behavior and sense of coherence of patients in rehabilitation of stroke

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between sense of coherence and healthy behavior of patients in rehabili-tation of stroke .Methods Using the methods of the health promoting lifestyle profileⅡ (HPLPⅡ ) and the sense of coherence (SOC-13) ,a total of 125 elderly patients in regular rehabilitation of stroke were investigated in 2 hospital of grade Ⅲ ,class A in Zhengzhou .The results were analyzed by Pearson correlation and other statistical method .Results The total scores of healthy be-haviors of patients in rehabilitation of stroke were 119.29 ± 15.62 ,and sense of coherence was 64.42 ± 11.65 .The correlation coef-ficient between healthy behaviors and sense of coherence was 0.498 (P<0.01) .Conclusion The healthy behavior and sense of coherence of patients in rehabilitation of stroke were moderately positive .It is suggested that we should build up new methods and measures to effectively improve the SOC of elderly patients in rehabilitation of stroke in future research .Thereby improving the coping ability of rehabilitation of stroke and promoting healthy behavior .关键词
