集束化护理在降低儿童视频脑电图伪差发生的效果评价
Effect of cluster care model in reducing pseudo difference of EEG in children
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the cluster care model in reducing the pseudo difference in electroencephalography (EEG) video test in children .Methods 420 children treated with video EEG examination were assigned into two groups .The ex-periment group (220 cases) received EEG examination under the cluster care model :the nurses explained the significance and mat-ters needing attention of EEG test carefully to infants and their parents ,and applied the comprehensive nursing intervention on the aspects of environmental ,psychological ,scalp ,sleep and etc .The control group (200 cases) received EEG test under the conven-tional nursing model :the nurses explained the significance and matters needing attention of EEG test carefully to infants and their parents .The occurrence of pseudo difference and the success rate of EEG test in the two groups were compared .Results The oc-currence of pseudo difference in EEG test of experiment group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05) .Conclu-sion The cluster nursing model can effectively reduce the incidence of pseudo difference in EEG test of children .关键词
