Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of doctor-nurse integrated nursing mode on limb function and self-efficacy in patients with cerebral infarction .Methods 96 patients with cerebral infarction from February 2015 to August 2017 were selected , and they were divided into two groups by random number table ,48 cases in each group .Control group was given traditional nursing intervention ,while research group was given doctor-nurse integrated nursing intervention .The motor function ,self-efficacy ,activi-ties of daily living ,neurological deficit scale were compared between the two groups .Results The self-efficacy for managing chro-nic disease 6-item scale (SECD6) in research group and control group were (88.40 ± 10.75)points and (80.62 ± 20.28)points , with statistical difference (P< 0.05);The Fugl-Meyer assessment (FMA) score in research group and control group were (25.91 ± 12.26) points and (21.20 ± 9.36) points ,with statistical difference (P<0.05);The Barthel index of research group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05);The neurological deficit scale of research group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion Doctor-nurse integrated nursing mode for patients with cerebral infarction can improve limb motor func-tion ,increase self-efficacy and activities of daily living ,reduce neurological deficit scale .关键词
