双侧rTMS治疗脑梗死后失语症的临床研究

Abstract
Objective This study aimsto investigate the effect of bilateralrTMS on patients with aphasia after cerebral in-farction .Methods 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups ,which are control and treatment group .52 cases in control group were given routine drug treatment and speech training .48 cases in treatment group were given bilateral repetitive transcrani-al magnetic stimulation (including low frequency rTMS + high frequency rTMS) on the basis of routine drug treatment + speech training .The treatment course is 4 weeks .The curative effect was compared between two groups ,which is on degree of aphasia pa-tients and improvement through Western Aphasia Battery (Western Aphasia BatteryWAB ) and Chinese Aphasia Battery . ResultAQ score were compared into groups (before-treatment and after-treatment) and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Besides ,in two groups after treatment ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .The total effective of treatment group was 81.25％ ,and the control group was 55.76％ ;the two groups were statistically significant (P<0.05) .Con-clusion Bilateral repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation (including low-frequency rTMS + high-frequency rTMS) is safe and effective for patients with aphasia after cerebral infarction .关键词
