rt-PA静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死的疗效分析
Therapeutic effects of early intravenous thrombolysis with recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator in acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of early intravenous thrombolysis with recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator in acute cerebral infarction within 4.5 h .Methods We selected 125 cases of patients with acute cerebral in-farction within 4.5 h onset from June 2015 to December 2016 .Patients were divided into thrombolytic therapy group (65 cases) and control group (60 cases) .Thrombolytic therapy group was treated with rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis and conventional treatment ,the control group was treated with aspirin 100mg/d and other conventional treatment of cerebral infarction .The NIHSS scores before the treatment and 24 hours and 7 days after therapy were compared .Results The NIHSS score were significantly improved in the patients of thrombolytic therapy group compared to that of the control group .Conclusion Intravenous thromboly-sis with recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator is effective in acute cerebral infarction within 4.5 h .关键词
