醒脑静注射液治疗老年脑梗死的临床疗效评价
Evaluation of clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing Injection in treatment of cerebral inforction in the elderly
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xingnaojing injection on senile cerebral infarction and its effect on cerebral hemodynamics in patients .Methods A total of 124 patients with cerebral infarction were enrolled from January 2001 to January 2017 .They were divided into control group and observation group according to randomized double-blind method .62 pa-tients in each group .Clinical group were treated with conventional therapy ,and the observation group were treated with Xingnao-jing injection on the basis of the control group .The clinical treatment effect and cerebral hemodynamic changes were observed and compared between the two groups .Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 87.10％ in the observation group af-ter treatment ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (62.90％ ,χ2 =9.68 ,P<0.05) .The NIHSS score ,the Vpand mean velocity (Vm) in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after three courses of treatment (P<0.05) .Conclusion Xingnaojing injection can effectively improve the clinical treatment efficiency and brain hemo-dynamic changes in elderly patients with cerebral infarction ,has a high clinical value and is worthy of clinical promotion .关键词
