摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Floium Ginkgo extract and Tertram Ethypyrazine sodium chloride injection on neurologic impairment in patients with cerebral ischemic stroke .Methods 198 cases with cerebral ischemic stroke were selected and divided into two groups ,the control group was given conventional treatment ,and the observation group was plus Floium Ginkgo extract and Tertram Ethypyrazine sodium chloride injection ,clinic curative effect and neurologic impairment condi-tion of the two groups were compared .Results Total efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ,and NIHSS score ,Barthel index were all better than those in the control group (P<0.05) .Conclusion Floium Ginkgo ex-tract and Tertram Ethypyrazine sodium chloride injection can effectively protect neurological function of patients with cerebral is-chemic stroke ,and it has better curative effect .关键词
