女性帕金森病患者血清胱抑素C水平与帕金森病分级的关系
The relationship between Cystatin C and the severity of Parkinson's disease in female

Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship of serum cystatin C levels with disease severity and sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome in female patients with Parkinson's disease .Methods 40 cases of female patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in Zhengzhou Central Hospital were enrolled in this study ,and 40 healthy people from the physical examination department were se-lected as the control group .We tested and analyzed the serum cystatin C in different groups .Results The serum cystatin C levels in female patients with Parkinson's disease was significantly higher than that of normal control group (P<0.01) .The serum cys-tatin C in female patients with Parkinson's disease and obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) were significantly higher than those without OSAHS (P<0.01) .The serum cystatin C in patients with different severity of Parkinson's disease clas-sified by Honehn&Yahr showed no significant difference (P>0.05) .Conclusion The serum cystatin C in female patients with Parkinson's disease was elevated ,the serum cystatin C was higher in female Parkinson's disease patients combined with OSAHS than those without OSAHS ,serum cystatin C may be an early diagnostic marker of Parkinson's disease with non -movement dis-order .High levels of cystatin C may be associated with the onset of Parkinson's disease in female ,but have no relationship with the severity of the disease .关键词
