磁共振波谱分析在小儿外伤性脑梗死中的应用研究
Analysis on brain 1H magnetic resonance spectroscopy characteristics ofpediatrictraumatic cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the 1H magnetic resonance spectroscopy feature of the brain metabolite in children with traumatic cerebral infarction .Methods The deta ,1H-MRS features of brain lesions and the contralateralnormal region in 30 children with traumatic cerebral infarction were viewed by using 3.0 MRI .The concentrations of metabolites including the ratios of N-acetyl aspartate to areatine (NAA/Cr) and choline-containing compounds to Cr(Cho/Cr) in the brain lesions and normal regions were statistically analyzed .Results MRI results indicated the single and multiple lesions in the brain ,which were involved in the basal ganglia and lateral ventricle .The 1H-MRS features within the lesions were all abnormal .Compared with the contralateral normal region ,NAA/Crand Cho/Cr ratio of brain lesion were decreased ,and NAA/Cr ratio of brain lesion was gradually decreasing from superacute stage ,acute stage ,subacute stage to chronic stage .Conclusion 1H-MRS examination is of great im-portance in early diagnosis and prognosis of traumatic cerebral infarction in children .关键词
