Effects of rat nerve growth factor on the living ability and serum cytokines in Alzheimer 's disease patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore effects of rat nerve growth factor on the efficacy ,viability and serum cytokines in patients with Alzheimer's disease .Methods A total of 120 cases of senile dementia patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the object of study .The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by digital randomization .Except for routine treatment ,the patients were treated with intramuscular injection of nerve growth factor for 8 weeks .The efficacy ,living ability and serum cytokines were evaluated by correlation scale and method content .Results Compared with the control group ,the cognitive function ,the degree of dementia ,the daily life self-care ability and the quality of life were significantly improved (P<0.05) .The levels of IL-1β,IL-6 ,CRP and TNF-αin serum were significantly decreased (P<0.05) .Conclusion The injection of nerve growth factor can inhibit some serum cytokines ,thus improve the patient's cognitive function and daily living ability and alleviate the clini-cal symptoms of dementia .关键词
