视频脑电图检测对脑性瘫痪合并癫痫患儿预后的评估价值

Abstract
Objective To explore the evaluation value of video electroencephalogram in the prognosis of cerebral palsy pa-tientswithepilepsy.Mehhods 120patientswithcerebralpalsycombinedwithepilepsywereselectedfromMay2013toMay 2016 ,60 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group .The observation group treated with video electro-encephalogram (EEG) ,and the control group was monitored by conventional EEG .The difference between the detection rate of ep-ileptic discharge and prognosis of the two groups was analyzed .Results The epileptic detection rate of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group ,and the prognostic data of the observation group were better than that of the con-trol group ,there were statistical significances between the two groups (P<0.05) .Conclusion For children with cerebral palsy combined with epilepsy ,video EEG detection can monitor the synchronization of EEG changes ,therefore it has good prediction effect and is worth popularizing in clinic widely .关键词
