Abstract
Objective To analyze the expression level of IL-17 and NF-κB p65 of Hematoma surrounding tissue in the acute cerebral hemorrhage patients ,and discuss the biological significance of signal path of IL-17/NF-κB p65 .Methods 48 Acute cere-bral hemorrhage patients ,who were treated in our hospital from Mar 2014 to Sep 2015 ,were divided into 4 groups according to the surgical samples took at different time (less than 6h group ,6h and 24h group ,24h to 72h group ,more than 72h group) ,6 tissue from the lesion area of the hematoma were treated as the control group ;The RT-PCR method was used to detect the expression level of IL-17 mRNA in biological samples ;The Western blot was used to detect NF-κB p65 nuclear protein levels in Inspection material .Results There was no significant difference in IL-17 mRNA expression level between the control group and the less than 6h group (P>0.05) .The expression level of IL-17 mRNA in the other three test groups was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);The IL-17 mRNA levels was the highest of patients with 24h to 72h ,and the differences between each group had statistical significance (P<0.05);The levels of NF-κB p65 in the surrounding tissues of the 4 experimental groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05);The NF-κB p65 levels of Hematoma surrounding tissue was the highest of patients with 24h to 72h ,and the differences between each group has statistical significance (P<0.05) .Conclusion Through increase the expression of IL-17 and NF-κB p65 in Hematoma surrounding tissue in patients with acute cerebral hemor-rhage ,it can aggravate the inflammatory response ,Induced cell damage ,Causing the disease to deteriorate .关键词
