摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect and feasibility of external drainage for drilling traumatic epidural hematoma in the posterior cranial fossa .Methods The children in our hospital with traumatic unilateral posterior fossa epidural hematoma from June 2007 to June 2016 were all treated with drilling drainage ,hematoma suction ,drainage with 48-72 hours .Results There were 20 cases of pediatric patients in this study .Over 90％ hematoma eliminated in 15 cases ,and over 80％ hematoma eliminated in 5 cases .The operation time was 40-50 minutes ,the clinical symptoms of pediatric patients were improved after surgery ,with no seri-ous complications .They were all cured ,the average hospitalization days was 11 days .Conclusion Drilling and drainage is an effec-tive ,rapid ,safe and very small traumatic operation for the treatment of unilateral epidural hematoma in children's traumatic cranial fossa .关键词
