神经胶质母细胞瘤术后患者创伤后成长与心理弹性的相关性分析
Correlation analysis between post-traumatic growth and psychological resilience in postoperative patients with glioblastoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the relationship between post-traumatic growth and psychological resilience in postoperative patients with glioblastoma .Methods A total of 242 postoperative patients with glioblastoma were investigated with cross-sectional survey by using post-traumatic growth inventory (PTGI) and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) .Results The total score of PTG in postoperative patients with glioblastoma was 64.62 ± 18.40 .The total score of resilience was 62.86 ± 15.60 .The post-traumatic growth in postoperative patients with glioblastoma was positively correlated with the psychological re-silience and the correlation coefficient was 0.411-0.681 .Conclusion The level of post-traumatic growth in postoperative patients with glioblastoma was moderate ,while the level of psychological resilience was low .Post-traumatic growth and psychological resil-ience were positively correlated .关键词
