鼠神经生长因子注射头部运动区治疗痉挛型脑瘫临床观察
Clinical observation of nerve growth factor injected into head motor area on spastic cerebral palsy

Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of injection of mouse nerve growth factor into the motor area of the head in the treatment of motor function in children with spastic cerebral palsy .Methods This study included 150 spastic cere-bral palsy children aged between 6 months and 6 years old ,which were treated between June 2013 and June 2017 in Department of Pediatrics ,Heze Municiple Hospital .All subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group as 1:1 paired-case control study ,all patients received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment and exercise .Children in experimental group were given additional nerve grow th factor 18μg injected in head exercise area on the basis of the control group for 3 courses ,once a day , 10 times for 1 course ,each course had interval of 10 days .The gross motor function scale(GMFM-88)scores of two groups were observed and compared .Results After 3 courses ,the scores of GMFM-88 were significantly higher than those before treatment , and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) .After 3 courses ,the GMFM-88 score was significantly higher than that in the control group ,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05) .The GMFM-88 scores of children between 6 months to 3 years old and 3 to 6 years old children were statistically significant (P>0.05) .Conclusion The mouse nerve growth factor can effectively treat the motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy from 6 months to 6 years old ,the curative effect is remarkable and it is worthy of clinical application .关键词
