Abstract
Objective To investigate the application and surgical techniques of LVIS stent in interventional treatment of wide-necked intracranial aneurysms and ,and to analyze the immediate curative effect and the short-term follow up curative effect .Meth-ods We retrospectively analyzed 26 cases with wide-necked aneurysms that treated with LVIS stent-assisted coil embolization in our hospital from August 2015 to February 2017 .All cases were followed up for 3-12 months .Results Twenty-six patients (31 aneurysms treated with LVIS for 26 wide-necked aneurysms) had a success rate of 100％ .26 LVIS stents were put in place .Imme-diately after surgery ,the embolization was evaluated as complete embolization of 18 (69％ ) ,nearly complete embolization of 7 (27％ ) ,partial embolization of 1 case (4％ ) and embolization efficiency of 96％ .16 stents were released using compression-stent technology .All LVIS stent were fully opened and one case had surgical complication .Conclusion LVIS stent-assisted coil emboli-zation for the treatment of intracranial wide-necked aneurysms is safe and effective ,and its short-term follow up effect is good .关键词
