Abstract
Objective To observe the changes and clinical significance of IL-1β,TNF-α and CRP in cerebrospinal fluid for cerebral hemorrhage (CH) patients .Methods After 12-hour ,24-hour ,48-hour ,96-hour and 4-week of attack ,the cerebrospinal fluid was collected .By the ELISA method ,the IL-1β,TNF-αand CRP contents were detected .Twenty cases of lumbar spinal anes-thesia without organic disease or immune system disease were selected as control group .Results The IL-1βand TNF-αcontents for CH patients were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05);the CRP contents for CH patients and control group were not significantly different .After 48 hours of attack ,the levels of IL-1βand TNF-αreached the peak and then decreased gradually .At each time point ,the level of CRP had no obvious changes .Conclusion For CH patients ,the levels of IL-1βand TNF-αare significantly increasing and reach the peak after 48 hours of attack .Therefore ,it can be considered as the predictive index of CH in the clinical treatment and judgment of disease course .关键词
