丁苯酞氯化钠注射液治疗急性脑梗死患者临床观察
Clinical observation of butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection in the treatment of patients with acute cere-bral infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection on neurological function ,daily living ability and vascular endothelial function in patients with acute cerebral infarction .Methods A total of 146 patients with a-cute cerebral infarction were studied and were randomly divided into two groups .The control group (n=73) received routine treat-ment .The study group (n=73) was treated with butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection on the basis of the control group . Patients in the two groups were treated for 14 days a course and the clinical efficacy of two groups were observed .The neurological deficits (NIHSS scores) and activities of daily living (ADL scores) were assessed before and after treatment in the two groups . The vascular endothelial functions between the two groups were detected ,such as endothelin-1 (ET-1) and nitric oxide (NO) .Re-sults The clinical efficacy of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group ,the difference was statisti-cally significant (χ2 =7.69 ,P<0.05) .Before treatment ,there were no significant differences on NIHSS score and ADL score ,ET-1 and NO contents between the two groups (P>0.05) .After treatment of 14 days ,NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group ,and ADL score was higher than that of the control group ;the level of NO in the observation group was higher than that of the control group ,and the level of ET-1 was lower than that of the control group ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusion Butylphthalide and sodium chloride injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction can effectively improve the endothelial function and neurological impairment symptoms ,and improve the activities of daily living .The effect is remarkable .It is worthy of clinical promotion .关键词
