责任制整体护理在脑瘫患儿康复中的应用探索
Application of responsibility holistic nursing in the process rehabilitation training in the children with cerebral palsy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value and find experience of application of responsibility holistic nursing in re-habilitation training for children with cerebral palsy .Methods From Jun 2014 and Jun 2016 ,151 Children with cerebral palsy re-ceived responsibility holistic nursing in the process rehabilitation training .From May 2012 and May 2014 ,143 Children with cere-bral palsy were treated with usual nursing in the process rehabilitation training .Results (1)There was no statistically difference in development index ,fine movement and gross motor score before rehabilitation training between the two groups (P>0.05) .One year later ,these scores of Children with cerebral palsy were obvious higher than that before rehabilitation training (P<0.05) ,and furthermore ,these scores in the responsibility holistic nursing group were obvious higher than that in the common group (P<0.05) .Conclusion The responsibility nursing can improve the quality of nursing services and the treatment effect for children w ith cerebral palsy .关键词
