D-二聚体对颅内静脉窦血栓诊断价值的Meta分析
Value of D-dimer in diagnosis of cerebral venous sinus thrombosis :A Meta-analysis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical value of D-dimer in diagnosis of intracranial venous sinus thrombosis (IVST ) . Methods A literature search of CNKI ,Wanfang Data ,VIP ,PubMed ,Medline and Embase was conducted .All literature about D-dimer in the diagnosis of IVST between January 2000 and July 2015 were collected .The trial quality was assessed according to the modified QUADAS items .Meta-Disc software was used to assess the heterogeneity ,synthesis data ,calculate sensitivity and specific degrees and draw SROC curve .Results A total of 8 studies involving 1006 subjects were included .The meta-analysis showed that the sensitivity of D-dimer for the diagnosis of IVST was 0.71 (0.64 ,0.76) ,and the specificity was 0.96 (0.95 ,0.97) .The diag-nostic odds ratio was 85.85 (435.9 ,205.27) .The area under the SROC curve was 0.9415 ,and the Q index was 0.0494 .Conclu-sion The sensitivity and specificity of D-dimer in the diagnosis of IVST are high ,and D-dimer had high diagnostic value in diagno-sis of IVST .关键词
