rtPA静脉溶栓桥接血管内治疗急性缺血性脑卒中临床观察
Efficacy and safety of alteplase in the bridging therapy of endovascular therapy after intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute ischemic stroke

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of stent thrombectomy in combination with rtpa arterial thrombol-ysis following rtPA intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS) .Methods A total of 18 AIS patients were enrolled into our study .All subjects received stent thrombectomy in combination with rtpa arterial thrombolysis following rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis from September 2015 to September 2017 .The efficacy was evaluated by using the modified Throm-bolysis in Cerebral Infarction (mTICI) and NIHSS scores before and one week after treatment .The prognosis was investigated by using mRS at 90 days after treatment .Results A total of 18 patients acquired partial or complete recanalization .NIHSS scores were significantly different before and after treatment (P<0.05) .The mRS was 0 in 10 patients (83% ) ,1 in 2 patients ,2 in 3 pa-tients ,and 3 in 3 patients (17% ) .Conclusion Stent thrombectomy in combination with rtPA arterial thrombolysis following rtPA intravenous thrombolysis shows excellent efficacy and safety in vessel recanalization .关键词
