摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets on residual dizziness (RD ) after successful canalith repositioning maneuvers (CRPs) in patients with benign paroxymal positional vertigo (BPPV) .Methods Sixty patients with RD after successful CRPs were divided into control and study groups .Control group were treated with routine medi-cal therapy .In study group ,Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets were added on the base of routine medical therapy .Dizziness handi-cap inventory (DHI) ,hospital anxiety and depress scale (HADS) and vestibular symptom index (VSI)were evaluated .Results Seven days and fourteen days after treatment ,scores of DHI and DHI items ,HADS and VSI in study group were lower than that of control group(P< 0.05) .Conclusion Flupentixol and Melitracen tablets could alleviate RD and improve quality of life by mechanisms of anti-anxiety and anti-depression in BPPV patients after successful CRPs .关键词
