复方甘草酸苷注射液治疗面神经炎的瞬目反射评价

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore clinical curative effect of compound glycyrrhizin injection in treatment of the acute facial neuritis patients by analysis the changes of blink reflex .Methods Eighty cases of patients with acute facial neuritis were randomly divided into two groups :observation group (n=40) ,which treated by compound glycyrrhizin injection ,and control group (n=40) respectively .The basic treatment included a subbly various of vitamins ,acupuncture ,physical therapy ,etc .After 21 days of treat-ment ,the curative effect was evaluated .The latency periods of the R1 wave and R2 wave in blink reflex were compared between two groups after treatment .Results The observation group and control group after treatment ,the clinical curative effect had sig-nificant difference(P<0.05);blink reflex latency periods of R2 wave and R1 wave were different(P<0.05) .Conclusion The effect of observation group was superior to that of control group ,while avoiding the side effects of from corticosteroid .关键词
