坦度螺酮与帕罗西汀治疗癫痫并发焦虑抑郁对比研究
Comparative study of tandospirone and paroxetine in patients with epilepsy combined with anxiety and depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of tandospirone and paroxetine in the treatment of epilepsy with anxiety and depression .Methods 70 cases of epilepsy with depression and anxiety were included in the study .The patients were divided into control group (paroxetine) and observation group (tandospirone)according to different treatment methods .After 12 weeks of follow-up ,the adverse drug reactions ,the frequency of epilepsy ,the total effective rate ,the HAMA score ,the HAMD score and the IB index score were recorded before and after the treatment .Results After treatment ,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group .The number of epileptic seizures in the observation group was significantly decreased and the BI index score was significantly higher than that in the control group .The rate of adverse reactions (11.43% ) was lower than that of the control group (37.14% ) ,and the efficiency (77.54% ) was higher than that of the control group (51.43% ,P<0.05) .Conclusion Tandospirone can significantly alleviate anxiety and depression , reduce the number of seizures and improve the daily living ability of patients with epilepsy and anxiety and depression .The adverse effects of tandospirone are less and the safety is better .关键词
