摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of carotid stent on the quality of life of patients .Methods Carotid stenting was performed in 46 patients with carotid stenosis .Before treatment and after treatment for 1 months ,3 months and 6 months respec-tively ,Stroke Impact Scale(SIS) was evaluated to observe the changes of life quality .Results The 8 dimensions of the SIS were compared for 1 ,3 ,and 6 months after treatment ,except for the communication of no significant difference (P>0.05) ,other di-mensions of the SIS score were significantly improved (P<0.05 or P<0.01) compared with the treatment before .Conclusion Carotid stenting has improved the quality of life in patients with carotid stenosis .关键词
