摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of the nursing intervention based on Freud's theory of personality structure in patients with senile dementia .Methods A total of 52 cases of senile dementia were enrolled and divided into two groups according to the archiving order ,with 26 cases in each group .The control group was treated with the routine nursing inter-vention ,and the research group was treated with the nursing intervention based on Freud's theory of personality structure on the basis of the conventional nursing .The treatment compliance of the two groups and quality of life score before and after nursing were compared .Results The treatment compliance rate of the research group was 88.46% (23/26) ,which was higher than that of the control group [61.54% (16/26)](P<0.05) .After treatement ,the quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05) .Conclusion The nursing intervention based on Freud's theory of personality structure in patients with senile dementia can improve the quality of life and improve the compliance of treatment .关键词
