广东省中医药强省建设状况研究
Study on Constructing the Competitive Strength of TCM in Guangdong Province
摘要
Abstract
Objective:This study aims to acknowledge the status of TCM for constructing the competitive strength and give suggestions to the sustainable development for TCM in Guangdong province.Methods:With the data collected from "Chinese Statistical Yearbook of Health and Family Planning","China Health Statistical Yearbook" and "Statistics Collection of Guangdong Traditional Chinese Medicine",the comparison of major medical indicators between Guangdong province and other provinces was conducted by using the WPS Spreadsheets software.Restults:During 2011-2015,the number and qualification of assistant practicing doctors of TCM in health institutions of Guangdong province were steadily increased.The rate of bed utilization and bed turnovers,the volume of TCM visits and outpatients were growing up.The medical health service system and the level of medical treatment had improved.Nevertheless,problems were still existed,such as the number of beds in Chinese medicine hospital and assistant practicing doctors in Pearl River Delta (PRD) were far beyond the eastern,western and northern Guangdong.The high qualitive medical and health resources of TCM were in shortages in economic less-developed region,which meant an obvious uneven allocation of TCM health resources and a wide gap of TCM health services among different regions in Guangdong province.In comparison to other provinces,Guangdong province had the first volume of TCM visits and the sixth volume of TCM outpatients.The numbers of assistant practicing doctors of TCM and beds,the utilization rate of bed and the average length of stay were ranked in the middle level of the country.Conclusion:During 2011-2015,TCM health services in Guangdong had great developed and had been in the middle level of the country,yet some problems had still existed,such as an uneven allocation of high quality TCM health resources.关键词
