摘要
Abstract
Objective:This study aims to explore the Chinese medicine for the regularity and characteristics of dermatomyositis,providing a reference for clinical medication rule.Methods:Through arranging and researching of the literatures,we classify them and established a database by using Epidata3.1.SPSS19.0 was used to statistical analysis.Results:According to frequency of use,tonic medicine is the type of drugs with the highest frequency,followed by antipyretic,blood circulation,relieving drugs,the drug benefit Wetting removal of water use and wind damp dispelling drugs,which account for 81.88％ in total.The most frequently used drugs are Huangqi (astragalus),Danggui (angelica),Baishu (atractylodes),Danshen (radix salviae miltiorrhizae),Yiyiren (semen coicis) in order.Conclusion:Dermatomyositis are mainly treated by tonifying deficiency,clearing heat,promoting blood circulation,clearing damp and promoting dieresis,relieving exterior syndrome,dispelling wind and dampness,while selection of appropriate drugs according to syndrome differentiation can provides guidance for the treatment and research of dermatomyositis in the future.关键词
